Thomé began solely as a knitwear brand and grew into a design studio that collaborates with other brands from design to development.
Run by Amanda Thomé, a Brazilian-American designer. Launched in 2020 in Paris, now based in Brooklyn as of January 2023.
We are non-seasonal, we make what feels right in the moment. Small drops are released throughout the year with our newest pieces. We are made to order - our products are made only when they are wanted. Once we receive our yarn, all production is done in- studio following a technical and artisanal process on a domestic knitting machine.
Custom Orders & Sizing
If you would like to place an order for a custom knitwear piece, let us know what you’re looking for via email.
For custom sizing, please select custom size on the product page. After you’re order is placed, we’ll email you to ask for your measurements.
If you are unsure about sizing, just shoot us an email. All of our garments are handmade, slight variations are to be expected.
Care
Extend your garments life by spot cleaning and minimally washing. We recommend hand washing our products in lukewarm water then laying out flat to dry. Do not machine wash or dry clean. Lightly steam when needed.
We suggest avoiding wearing sharp jewellery or accessories that can snag on your knit pieces. If needed, we encourage mending your garment to extend it’s life.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. All garments are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production.
Tracking number and carrier information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
The customer is responsible for applicable customs duties and taxes for items being shipped outside of the US.
Returns
Due to the nature of made to order, we do not accept returns.
